Gated safe community that borders Indian Wells in the heart of valley. Close shopping centers, tree lined streets with sidewalks and a bus transportation with stops along the way. Very safe, clean, not seedy, well kept suburban area, but within a 2 mile radius of golf, luxury shops along the famous El Paseo shopping district, COD, McCallum theater, Civic Center park with outdoor Amphitheater, Dog Parks, skate park, the only Whole Foods in the valley, Bristol Farms and of course a Trader Joe’s. We are about 5 miles from EISENHOWER Medical Center,in Rancho Mirage, if you are a traveling nurse, we welcome you too!! Condo is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 car garage. Currently, I have 1 fully furnished room available, with super fast internet and 55“ tv, Roku player, nicely furnished with 6 drawer dresser, nightstand with desk and ottoman, cable TV. Newer QUEEN/Double size bed with a very clean mattress. Sheets, towels, and blankets if needed. Shared full size bath/shower with 1 person (Male). He moves out end of April or May. Then it will be all to yourself.

In garage there is a brand new washer and dryer! We have outdoor security cameras outside perimeter of home, and in the 2 car garage, you can park, with space for storage. It’s been a very safe quiet neighborhood, and I have great neighbors too. Kitchen is full of all higher end cookware, outdoor patio has nice seating, with large grass area that is semi private.

Our neighbors are great, and I want to keep it that way😄

Tennis, pickle ball, basketball, pool/spa, BBQ, and putting green in our community.

Important : must love dogs😄I have a 70 pound American Bully who is an inside dog. She is Happy and excited to meet new people…Everyone I’ve rented to has loved and adored her…She is family to me🥰

Willing to do a 30 day agreement, in case it doesn’t work out, neither of us are obligated to live with each other, and if it goes well after a month, we can do a 3-6 or month to month lease/agreement. We are Looking forward to meeting you and wish you best in finding a new home!
