The house is 5 bed 3 bath, 2 minutes from CCU, huge yard, completely fenced in, rent is $610 and all utilities are included in the rent, the whole house has just been redone, it is unfurnished, pet friendly, there is laundry in the house, parking is in the driveway and the grass, no smoking inside, but we don’t care about outside

We are girls and a guy, we have 2 cats and a dog all of them are super super friendly(more are welcome $200+ one time pet fee), we all go to CCU, we are all either 20 or 21 years old, super fun and outgoing, love meeting new people. All we ask is that you are clean, don’t let the fur babies outside and don’t mind occasional loud noise, otherwise we cant wait to hear from you.
