Hey y’all! This is a strange time to be seeking roommates, but I have a great house and need to split the cost and maybe you need a place to call home. Let’s make it work!

About the house: 3br, 2 bath, newly remodeled ranch in Donelson Hills neighborhood (about a 15 min drive to downtown). All updated plumbing and beautiful refinished wood floors. Brand new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and washer/dryer). Big fenced in backyard with patio and large shed. Living room area and another large room that could be used as a shared den/office/music or art space.

Your room is approximately 11x11“ with a decent-sized closet. You’d also have your own private bathroom with a shower and an extra walk-in closet. There’s a ton of attic space for storage as well.

Electric, water, and yard maintenance are additional shared costs.

You: any gender, professional, good communicator, wants your own space but maybe into sharing some meals together. Would be a plus if you’ve had roommate experience as well, but not a deal-breaker.

No cats, but small dogs considered on a case by case basis.

About me: early 40s, professional, working from home now. I’ve had lots of experience with roommates in the past. Pretty new to Nashville. I have a very small dog. I keep a peaceful and clean house and participate in Compost Nashville.
