I have 1 full size bedroom open in a 3 person apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It’s available starting May 1st (or sooner). The spot is a 1 minute walk to the Flushing Ave JMZ and a short walk to the Montrose L. Grocery store right next door, and some cool bars & cafes nearby. You will be living with two awesome women in their early 20’s.

The apartment is on the first floor, has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, central AC/heat and a private backyard. Utilities (gas/electricity + wifi) are usually around $50-$60 a month. The roommates are two awesome women in their early 20’s. One is a model and the other works for caterering company. The house is kept clean but people are easy going. You won’t be disappointed!
