David's room

We have a room for rent in our beautiful completely remodeled 3-bedroom home in Central Simi Valley. We have an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and wood flooring (Tile in bathroom) and the room is available now.

The room is approximately 100sq ft and is not furnished. Almost private full bathroom (95% of time) Rent is $850 with a $850 deposit and includes all utilities, wifi. There is a cable hook-up and if you want a cable box you just pay the fee, around $8.00.

Here is some basics:

1. 1-person rental only
2. Smoking off property only or vape OK in backyard, we are ok with occasional drinkers.
3. No cats/dogs - we have already a small cute dog.
4. No drugs allowed to be on property or used on property
5. Must be clean.
6. We allow occasional visitors BUT no overnight guests
7. We prefer someone well established and reliable.

As we are quarantined like everyone else for the time being, we will conduct initial interview over-the-phone. I have a WebEx account if want to do video chat. Then we will invite a potential renter to meet us.

Husband, wife and spunky Multipoo dog. We are pretty easy going but tend to be on quiet side.
