I’m 39, male financial analyst. I like to be active, so if you’re the type that likes to play tennis, throw the football, go the beach, I won’t say no. I’m at the beach whenever there’s surf. I’m not politically correct, but am courteous and respectful of other people. Never had an issue with a roommate. I party every once in a while, but not a huge party guy anymore. That doesn’t mean you can’t be, I’m pretty tolerant. I keep clean but not anal about it.
