Hey Everyone,

I’m moving to a great new apartment in Modesto. It’s in one of the nicest complexes in town and it’s newly remodeled. The apartment will have in unit washer and dryer and a full size kitchen. Central air as well. The complex has basketball tennis pickleball raquetball courts as well as a gym and a pool. It’s 1.5 bathrooms, so you’ll have full access to your own sink and toilet, but we will have to share a shower. The apartment also has a fireplace and a small patio deck thing off the kitchen. I’m looking to rent to one person but I don’t mind if you have a partner over a couple nights a week depending on noise. I’ve a little sore on this topic. I’m flexible but I want to be clear. This listing if for a residence of one. No live in guests, no babies, small pets maybe.

I’m an easy-going guy. During the week im working full time and usually at the gym, cooking, and playing videogames in the evenings. On the weekends I’m always down to do fun stuff. From camping to concerts to just chilling out. I’m looking for someone around my age who is clean, courteous and mature; and someone who works or goes to school full time. My intention is to make the apartment a productive, clean and fun environment.
