Roommate Qualification:

• Male in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties
• Working professional who is outgoing, friendly, and respectful
• No drugs, No shared rooms, No pets

Offering: Month-to-month lease agreements (minimum 3 months) as I understand life changes and I do not want to penalize someone for that. Although it is month-to-month nearly all roommates stay for more than a year.
