This is a detached studio in a beautiful historic neighborhood in central Mesa. The casita has been newly renovated and has fresh paint and brand new kitchen. Theres attic storage and an outdoor shed open for storage as well. Large outdoor patio is being renovated with pavers and will be ready in the next month.

This studio sits beside a historic home in Fraser Fields which has also been recently remodeled. It’s a great quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Studio can come furnished or unfurnished. All appliances included, cooking surface is two induction cook tops that can be stored for clean counter tops.
