One private bedroom available 4/24 price $800. Single person occupancy. The place only 5 minutes away from CSUEB campus. Utilities included in the rent. $600 security deposit and 6-month lease contract required. Please provide your phone number and rental references. We will check rental references. We expect all tenants to follow the house rules: No drugs, no smoking, no drinking, no alcohol, no loud noise after 9pm, no partying, no overnight guests, no guests after 9pm, no dirty dishes, clean up after yourself and follow through cleaning schedules for common areas.
