The larger room with the on suite bathroom is available for $1150 or I can move into the larger bedroom and make the smaller bedroom available for $950. Utilities split 50/50. Great location-walking distance to Tennyson for bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Also with 2 parks close by and easy access to i70 for mountain or downtown access.

I have a dog who is a bit of a wild child (though a sweetheart) so applicants must love dogs-no additional pets, per landlord. I love hiking, skiing, going to breweries, concerts, camping-we don’t have to have common interests but certainly does not hurt! Prefer a roommate in late 20s/30s, M or F (no preference)…just looking for someone respectful, clean, and pays rent on time.
