We share the common spaces including: large living room that is open to the kitchen and dining room. 10 mins drive to Auburn bus depot & Sounder train station , 30 mins to Seattle, 17 mins to Tacoma, 1hr to Crystal Ski Resort. 10-15 mins to Highway 18 & 167. 20 mins to I-5. 2.5 miles fr Green River College. Cleaning service is available to clean the common areas every 2 wks. If you need your room & bathroom cleaned, we can negotiate an extra fee. Will require 1st & last month & deposit at move in. Rent payments are made online through Zelle. Minimum 6 months.
