It’s just a month to month lease so you can stay one month until you find another place or a whole year if you like the place. Most people stay about a year.
These are the rooms we have available:
- Middle Room: $895/month. (Larger ample room)
- Front Room: $875/month. (The front room is a little smaller but a great view of a quiet street with an elementary school across the street. Only $875 per month.)
Deposit equals the same as one month’s rent plus utilities. We can even work with you on installments if necessary and accept credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, google check out, etc.
You will also get FREE GATED PARKING with your very own remote control gate opener. The property has an automatic gate and a 100% fenced yard. The property has a long driveway for quick in and outs.
While we have some vacancy during the pandemic we are offering lodging in exchange for work. Have added touchless sinks and soap dispensers at all properties.
Utilities are $55 per occupant and include the fastest internet possible (because we know it’s important), cable TV, internet tv with Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Central heating. FREE parking, coin-operated washer/dryer, exercise equipment, and I will try to add amenities like our currently broken hot tub as time goes on to provide a good community to live in and not just a bed and a roof.
The downstairs rooms have nice hardwood flooring, and the rooms upstairs have beige carpet, the largest walk-in closet you have ever seen (Can be used as a separate office space). All rooms have plenty of natural daylight and windows overlooking either the big back yard or a nice calm street and elementary school.
Plenty of room if you want to bring your own furniture or be provided fully furnished at no cost. You can choose from tons of our extra furniture because we have some other properties that you can pick and choose from.
The House is a 2 story, 3,000 sqft house with 7 bedrooms. Additional rooms: entry room, living room, dining room, family room, basement, and attics.
