We are a young working professional couple in our late 20’s looking to rent out a Private bedroom/bathroom available December 1st or sooner. House is 2 story and located in a safe and desirable location in Lakewood within a cul de sac. We also have a small hypoallergenic (does not shed) dog. We’re looking for someone who is a working professional/student who can pay on time and pitch in for chores and the cost of shared items, such as paper towels, trash bags, etc if you are planning to share common spaces in the house.
