The apartment complex is called Pure Beach Living and is located in Carlsbad. It is only a short walk to the beach and Carlsbad village. The apartment has three rooms. We are looking to find someone willing to be on a lease and wanting to take over the master bedroom. The room is very spacious an, has a walk in closet and private bathroom. Go to purebeachliving.com to look at pictures of the empty apartment. The rest of the place is very spacious with an open kitchen/living room concept. It has a laundry room but you would have to bring your own washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, hot tub and BBQ. We will be taking all of our furniture. I you have living room furniture and dining table that would be great.

It would be perfect to find another couple in their twenties to take over the master bedroom. That way rent could stay the same for everyone. The other roommate works full time, is very friendly, helpful and considerate. She has a small dog, which is super adorable, quiet and calm.
