This furnished bedroom is equipped with a twin-size bed in a quiet home and nice neighborhood. 2-minute walk to FIT campus, 5-minute walk to 7-eleven. Walmart & Melbourne square mall is a 5-minute drive, or you can be on the beach in 10 minutes. There’s also a well-maintained big yard with fruit trees and a patio to hang out with friends. Internet (WiFi) and all utilities included. A background check is a must!

Right now there are 2 people living in the house who study at FIT. Both are laidback and maintain a clean household.
