I’m looking for a respectful, clean, responsible single professional to share my home with. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Wifi, water and power are included in the rent. There is a community pool (currently closed). This is a very clean, safe home in a gated community. I will need to verify income and references before moving in. This can be 3-6mths or longer if it works out…I’m flexible. No smoking, not a party house. No pets (I have a cat and can consider another cat if our cats get along). Open to age, race, sexual orientation, religion and you should be too. Must be responsible and respectful.
