Large unfurnished upstairs room without a closet. Has a great view it’s in quiet country setting surrounded by pear orchards. There are wind machines that run during frost season at night that can be annoying until you get used to them. We have a few owls that “hoot” through the night as well as a random dog barking on occasions. In the warm nights you can hear coyotes howl on occasions. I have room for 1 vehicle to park. You can use the entrance that goes directly up the stairs. I have provided an ironing board and iron for use and a vacuum. There is no carpet in rooms so bring an area rug I’d wanted. A king size bed will fit up stairs if it has two separate box springs. If 1 it will NOT fit. Smaller then queen will go up stairs. We have very different working schedules between 3 persons living in the home. We also have 2 dogs so we request no more animals. This is for single occupant renter. The deposit is non refundable as it is used to clean and disinfect the room for the next tenants health and safety. Rent includes…Rent. wifi. Electricity…Water..and Sewer.

Hello we are a couple who live downstairs in the large country home. My husband’s hours very early mornings to late evenings. I am in disability and am home probably 90% of the time. I clean and take care of our two dogs. We have 2 other room mates upstairs on is my adult son and he play a lot online games and up most nights. Our other room mate is an adult male who works full time. He has a great personality and stays in his room most of the time unless at work We are leery of visitors as we do have dog that has a bad rep.. although shes a sweetheart she may not be to persons she doesn’t know and I’m not willing to risk losing my dog to an unknown person in my home. We can discuss more if you are interested in the room.
