Rent is $540 per month due on the first of each month. Move in requires first and last month’s rent and deposit. Utilities are not included but are split between all six housemates evenly. High speed internet access is available for buy-in. Smoking is permitted outside of the house. Street parking is available on the main street on weekends and holidays and on side streets all other times.

Five current housemates. Three are professional cooks, one is getting into coding, and the last works at a hospital. We are all fairly different in terms of personality, including a soft spoken literature/poetry lover, musicians, working on projects types, animated and bubbly talkers/gamers, etc. However, all are fairly laid back and not easily offended and you’d fit in best if you’re of the same mindset.
