Daniel's room

Room available starting in mid-February.

Private furnished room for rent at $750 per month in Villages of Brentwood with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Owner will live in the house and be personally available for any repairs or concerns. Utilities are paid for between tenants, set up by the owner. Tenants will be requested to provide proof of income and renter’s insurance. The neighborhood is quiet, but I’ve taken the liberty of installing a security system all the same.

Electric, gas, and internet are split between all roommates. Security system and pest control are paid for by the owner.

Please note the pictures given are meant to show the rooms in the house, not how the rooms are furnished. Washer and dryer are included in the house.

I am a 27 yr-old man with no pets. I largely keep to myself, and I’m usually busy most of the day with work and study. The other roommate is a man in his 30’s.
