Large room available for rent in Venice (near Lincoln and California). Room will come unfurnished and part of an upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with two male late-20s and mid-30s professionals as housemates. Rent is $1908 per month, and an average of $62 per month per person for utilities. Available for move in May 31st - June 2nd. Preferred long term 1-2 years.

Master bedroom is 13’ x 17’, and includes private bathroom with window, vanity mirror, walk-in glass shower. Room includes a large closet with storage, four large windows for natural light, plenty of outlets and an ethernet port for fast internet, and a dimmer switch for overhead light. The room is at the end of a hallway and has a good amount of privacy/separation from communal space.

Apartment amenities include large modern kitchen with lots of storage and plenty of counter space, medium sized street-facing balcony with custom built lounge furniture, washer and dryer in unit, large living room with vaulted ceilings, authentic hardwood floors throughout entire unit, central heating and AC, smart lock keypad entry, maintenance crew with online system, one gated/covered parking spot as part of a two-car tandem, storage unit separate from unit (shared with housemates), and gated keyfob entry from street.

Community amenities include gym, pool, package delivery lockers, nearby dog park, grocery store across the street, walking distance to dispensaries and restaurants, and lots of permit-free street parking (usually fills up at night).

Must be able to show proof of income for past 3 months, and provide a CA drivers licence.

Looking for a respectable working professional who has a steady job and income. Not too many house rules, just use common sense/decency/cleanliness. Housemates will occasionally have board game night and play rockband with some friends, shared space is available to use whenever (please coordinate if planning event or having friends over). Pets will be determined viable on a case-by-case basis, must be ok with housemates (might have to put pet deposit for unit).
