Sunita's room

Sunny room available for rent in a 3 bedroom bedroom home. The bathroom will be shared between you, my husband and I. Room comes with a walk-in closet and a south facing large window and gets lots of light. The room is furnished but we can remove some stuff based on your needs. Wifi, electricity, water, and trash are all included in the rent. Access to an kitchen, great for someone who loves to cook, access to an expansive open common space, and access to a shared laundry room. We have one dog as a pet and are open to you having a pet. Plenty of off street parking available. Home is located right next to the golf course on York and 26th with quick access to city park and sprouts. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We look forward to welcoming a new addition to the house.

My husband and I are fun loving people and like doing all outdoorsy activities like coloradans. We believe and follow the home is place to be a peace and be most comfortable. We are very flexible and believe in being close with our roomates and at the same time understanding of personal space. We have all time excited dog Callie and who will cuddle and play with you.
