Diana's room

I’m looking for someone to take over the master bedroom and bathroom, available starting October 1st. Room is furnished. The ideal person has a full time steady job or is a student, responsible and with no criminal record. Rent is $950 with utilities included (Water, electricity, and High Speed Internet), the use of washer and dryer, and cooking allowed. The room is extremely spacious 14’ x 12’ and the walk in closet is 7.5’ x 6.5’. The bathroom has a shower and a separate bath tub. No pets allowed.

The place is located in a superb neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Black Point Marina and 25 minutes away from Miami International Airport. Close to Florida Turnpike and US1. Also, 10 miles away from the Homestead Air Force Base. The neighborhood has lakes all over and it’s very peaceful. Also, everyone in the house is very quiet and respectful.

Everything in the picture is included except the comforter, pillows and lamps.

There are 3 more people living there already. A pilot, someone that works at the VA Hospital and and the other female works in Miami.
