You will have a private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished), study and bathroom and share the common areas with me ( the second bedroom upstairs is the study) -including the kitchen, living room, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and deck, parking in front of unit. Close to great hiking trails (Eno River State Park) and Croasdaile Farm, the 2,000 s.f. townhouse is located 10 minutes from Duke Campus/Duke Hospital, 15 min Hillsborough, 20 minutes to UNC, and 30 minutes to Raleigh.

I am a recovering lawyer/program director at Duke who is looking to share my new 2,000 s.f. townhome with one female nonsmoking roommate. I’m early to bed/early to rise female in mid 50’s who my friends would describe as warm and thoughtful. I will be respectful of your privacy. Since I grew up in Durham, I’m glad to be a resource to newcomers to the Triangle. This is perfect for visiting faculty, doctoral/medical/graduate student or a retiree new to the area.
