LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD: It’s one block from Wilshire Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd., convenient to I-10 (Cloverfield exit), big Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, amazing restaurants, a 30-minute walk to the beach, close to 3rd Street Promenade. It’s a highly walkable and bikeable area with a Walk Score of 91. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s a 2nd-floor apartment with basically no walls touching other units. Overall, it’s a great location.
