Come live in wonderful Rolling Hills Estates! I am opening my 4600 square foot. 5 bedroom house located in the hills on 1/3rd acre of canyon trails. I have 3 different 1 bedrooms (large) available all with private bathrooms. The property has large kitchen/family room/dining room/ back yard includes pool/Jacuzzi/gazebo perfect for entertaining, plus maid to clean common areas. Although dated 90’s…clean and spacious. A perfect roommate for me is someone is mostly likes their silence but also likes random get together’s and celebrating specials days such as Christmas. I am 53 but really I am 30 something in my head. I live with my 22 year old son and a really fat cat. I am not looking for a hermit in their room and the money is not as important to me than having someone I like in the house. I am open to any age or gender and am pretty open minded, just no drugs or vapes or weed. Chilling with a beer on the weekend or sunny day is fine with me. See above… I am looking for someone who is interactive but also appreciates their own space. I understand that will be your home too and I believe we need to be happy at least at home :) This is a great opportunity for pretty much anyone that can afford it and doesn’t mind living with a fun, respectful lady and her very quite son and a cat. I am not your typical cat lady! BTW
