Apartment rent is $1,220, you will need to pay half since there is an existing roommate. Apartment comes with Google Fiber Option. In addition to paying for internet ($35 a month) and electricity (~$20-$50 a month) of the apartment, there is a monthly apartment building charge that includes garbage, sewage, water, gas and electricity for the hallways and exterior of the building ($60-$100 per month, depending on season).
