Henry Street Northwest

It’s just a carpeted bedroom.the bathroom is straight across the hall. All utilies and wifi included. I’m listing this for my brother. He has the master bedroom and his own bathroom downstairs. The bedroom for rent is upstairs. It’s in the town of Abingdon on a quiet cul de sac. He has his 15 yr old daughter from time to time so he would prefer a female. Will consider a male though. He is a recovering alcoholic so no alcohol on the house. There’s a covered back porch for smoking.
