One bedroom available in townhouse apartment (4 bed & 3 full baths). This bedroom is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. The room comes unfurnished and one parking space is included (tandem). The lease is month to month, but we’d prefer someone who is looking to stay long term.

The apartment is in a nice, safe neighborhood and has a washer/dryer in unit, central HVAC, and easy street parking. There is a community park down the street with tennis courts, a skate park, baseball fields and more.

Currently, there are 3 male roommates who are easy going working professionals in their late 20’s. Preferably looking for a male, no pets or couples please (doggo in picture doesn’t live here anymore).
