Rachel's room

Hello! We are looking to rent out 1 room in our 2 story, 5 bedroom house in Costa Mesa by June 9th!

Rent includes:

• all utilities -cable
• wifi
• in house washer and dryer
• weekly gardeners -weekly pool and jacuzzi maintenance -weekly water delivery service -monthly house cleaning

We are all friendly, young professionals and are trying to find someone chill, clean and respectful to fill the room! The house is centrally located right off of Harbor and Baker. We have currently have 2 cats but unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

The room we are renting out is upstairs and shares a bathroom with 1 other person who’s room is also upstairs. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Please feel free to message me and I’d be happy to send more pictures of the house/room.

There’s 5 of us currently living here and with the added roommate it will be 6! It sounds like a lot of people but most people are at work/school all day or gone most of the time. But we do like to all hangout when we can. There’s 2 guys and 3 girls (including myself) all in our 20s. We’re super chill and laid back and looking to find someone similar!
