We have a room available in our 2-story house in zip code 32084, near King Street blocks to Flagler College and Historic Downtown St. Augustine. There are over 50 bars and restaurants, historical sites and the Bay within a short walking distance and an easy 3-4 mile ride to the beach.
We are seeking a clean, responsible and respectful person to share a fully furnished, NON-COVID19, sanitary and safe home, with other roommates.
Furnished Room for Rent with utilities included $800; Washer and Dryer indoors (NOT coin), Electric, Water, Garbage, Recycling, ATT Wi-Fi, DirecTv Cable, Ecobee Smart Thermostat, and other amenities.
There are two shared (2) bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs.
*Important: Due to allergies/asthma this is a Free and Clear Chemical Sensitive home. There can be No Fragrances, No Perfumes, No Scented Candles, No Febreze, and etc. individually or in any products. ALL Laundry Products must be, “FREE & CLEAR”, UNSCENTED/ FRAGRANCE FREE; Detergent, Fabric Softener, Dryer Sheets & etc.
This is a gem of a deal with options and flexibility to the right person.
The freshly painted, fully furnished medium size room has a bed, dresser, desk and desk chair, small bookshelf, TV, and Roku included, or removable.
Full kitchen with upgraded appliances; LG Refrigerator, LG Stove, Microwave, Smart Coffee Maker and more.
Large back yard with bon-fire pit, ring-toss, steel-tip dart board, and a relaxing outdoor set-up.
Not a party house, but don’t mind occasional gatherings.

Seeking a longer term tenant, but we understand lifestyle changes so we do a
Month to Month Lease: First month rent due at move in and security deposit negotiable. We can prorate days for the 1st Month Rent, but thereafter payment is due on the first of each month. A thirty (30) day notice, and no damage upon move out for the deposit to be returned. However, moving out without the thirty (30) days notice and/or damage/issues to the property, and not leaving the space as clean as it was upon move-in will result in keeping all or part of the deposit depending on severity of the matter and/or notice given.
