Patricia's room

My home is in West Ashley and close to Highway 526, off Highway 61. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops and is in a quiet neighborhood. My property is a homestead with chickens and goats, and a lively Blue & Gold Macaw; no dogs or cats. The rental room is newly furnished.

I am an older woman seeking a roommate to assist me with saving for a new fence and flooring for the inside of the home. I work two jobs so I am away from home during the week (except recently with the virus I work virtually from home, but still travel for notary business). I am easy going and not a clean freak, although I like a clean kitchen to keep away bugs.
