Cole's room

My girlfriend and I are looking for a third person to cover part of the lease, utilities are covered other than electricity and internet. Four bedrooms but one used as a den if we can only find one person.

We are quiet UMaine students, don’t really party or have many people over. We have one cat who will be about nine months old at the start of the lease. We are both musicians and will be at classes and band rehearsals most of the day.
