My current roommate moved out because she got a new job & got engaged! Therefore is relocating for shorter commute as well as making the big step in moving in with her fiancee =)

House is fully furnished, so only need to worry about furnishing your room.

I just upgraded the washer and dryer and the fridge I bought a few years back is pretty spacious.

room is 10x13 ft and can fit a queen bed comfortably, Closet is shared and is located in the bathroom. It’s just how the house was built.

There is one parking space in the driveway that is shared.

Also on-site storage unit, so if your worry about where to put some things, you can store it in there.

This is a home so you don’t have to worry about neighbors like apartments. So its pretty quiet.

Yes I have a cat, but unfortunately there are no more pets allowed. There was a previous couple that lived on the property with their dog and sort of ruined it for everyone & my landlord lives on the property so I cant hide another pet. Trust me I have asked.

I know with the shelter in place is making things hard which is why I can do a Video Tour if you are interested.

its a great location because you have, Smart & Final, Safeway, Foodmax & Cash-n-Carry within a mile radius for groceries. Chase bank down the street, and Lincoln high school only 5 mins away and Santa row/valley fair ~10mins.
