Kerry's room

3 bedroom/1.5 bath house in Kerrytown with rooms available starting August 1st (earlier move in date may be negotiable if needed). The house is a couple blocks from the farmers market and Zingerman’s Deli and a 10 min walk to downtown and the medical campus. There is a large grass backyard with off-street parking (if needed). The house comes with hardwood floors, washer/dryer, new fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, central heating and window-unit AC in rooms and common living areas. We share utilities and cable costs (~ $100 per month per person).

Master in Public Policy student. Kind. Respectful. Non-smoker. Mostly study outside on the house except occasionally on the weekend. Likes to run and explore Ann Arbor
