About the roomies
I am a working professional (scientist) and graduate student therefore, I am a very busy person. Most of my home time is spent reading or studying so I am pretty quiet. The only other person living at the property is my 12-year-old son who comes every other weekend to visit. He is a respectful young man and is not intrusive. On weekends, I am usually studying as well or playing outside.
If you are looking for a room close to Hanford, PNNL, and WSU Tri-cities, this location is perfect.
