Gilpin Street

Your room will have either views of the city/mountains, or a view of the park with a large maple tree in front of your window for extra privacy (neither room are ground level). There is laundry on the same floor as your bedroom and there is plenty of parking on the dead end street. Water is included in monthly rent price. We will share all other utilities (electric and gas). I will have my 5 year old dog Samson (Mountain Cur) with me as well, he primarily just wants to sleep all day and get an occasional treat from you out of his jar. I am a 28 year old young professional, and I’m also in grad school for my MS. I have been in Denver for 2 years and love it. I also teach spin class at a local rec center and really enjoy that. I love the outdoors when I’m not busy with school work, but I also love going to the movies. I’m not a huge gamer as I don’t have that much free time or money to be spending on stuff like that.
