Dion's room

Located right next to the freeway if you need to use that for work. A quiet neighborhood with a great location. The house has two rooms available with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each room is carpeted with large windows, lets in a lot of natural light. One room is at the front of the house and has the most windows. The room in the middle is at the front of the kitchen. Both rooms have closets and are the largest rooms in the house. Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Large backyard. Decent sized front and back porch. Large living space. Not far from Midtown/Downtown. Parks, restaurants, bars, and shops down the street. Two blocks from Gather.

WiFi is not a part of the rent total. Split 3 ways it’s $25 per person. Utilities are usually around $10 per month.

Both rooms are $800 per room.

Two of the rooms will be clearing out. But I am looking to stay in the house, it’s a great location with great value. I’m chill, best way I can put it. I would consider myself to be neat and clean so I would ask that anyone looking to move in, please be as well. Enjoy going to the bars, watching sports, video games, etc. I enjoy going to parties, doesn’t mean I always like to host the party.
