Northeast 30th Street

The room would be month-to-month, we would just ask for a 30 days heads up before moving out

Our house is a cool little place. Floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around one side of the house, overlooking the private, fenced back yard. Back patio with seating. Little front yard. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Big trees on the property. Very hip.

It’s right next to Microsoft, 520, and it’s easy to get into Redmond or Bellevue via Bel Red road, right next to the house. There is a great, woodsy park with walking trails just a few blocks away.

Everything appliance-wise is in working order but the oven. WE do have a countertop over that does the trick, but you won’t be able to really back with full sized sheet pans or make frozen pizzas that successfully.

It is myself and one other guy living here currently. I’m 29, and my roommate is 22. The third member of the house is my dog, Weyland. He is a good, medium-sized boy — well behaved, potty trained, never bitten anyone.

We lean towards homebodies — well, I guess everyone does currently — so it’s a good bet we are watching movies or playing video games in the living room most evenings. Feel free to join! When not in a pandemic, we have a couple close friends over ever week or two, especially when it’s nice out.
