Room with walk-in closet available in a 3 BR/2 BA apartment with NYC views. Bedroom is very spacious & includes a walk-in closet. The bed in the photos is a queen. Would be sharing bathroom with one other. Full city views from the living room.
Apartment is located on 14th Street & Sinatra Drive in Hoboken and is part of the Shipyard community.
Room is available beginning May 1st.
The apartment & building are loaded with amenities including a full gym, shuttle to PATH Station, outdoor pool & package concierge services. Ferry service to NYC located right outside building. Washer/Dryer in unit. Parking available for additional fee.
Current roommates are two guys in their early 30’s working full-time jobs.
You will be required to sign a short term lease through 8/31 with option to renew. One month’s rent security deposit & credit check required.
