Joe's room

Additional $25 to cover utilities. One private room available now, located in Alamo Place in Vacaville on the corner of Leisure town and Alamo, near TAFB. The room is approximately 118 square feet. Bathroom will be shared with double sinks and a door separating the shower over bathtub combo and toilet from the sinks. Shared kitchen (which has an island, dual ovens, and walk-in pantry) and shared 2 living room spaces. Comes with shared front loading washer and dryer in its own downstairs laundry room. Backyard is well manicured with a side deck. Internet, garbage, water and electricity are included for an additional $25.

We will still be utilizing the large upstairs rec room and the garage. There is plenty of street parking for tenants. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are looking for roommates that pay their rent on time, are clean, and respectful of the other tenants and do not do drugs. No smoking allowed inside the house. No cats/dogs allowed. 12 month lease.
