Room is approximately 235 sq. feet with an ensuite, separate shower and tub, walk-in closet and dual sinks. Shared kitchen (which has an island, dual ovens, and walk-in pantry) and shared 2 living room spaces. Comes with shared front loading washer and dryer in its own downstairs laundry room. Backyard is well manicured. Internet, garbage, water and electricity are included in the monthly rent.

We are in the process of moving out and the rooms in the house will be emptied and are available starting June 1st. We will still be utilizing the large upstairs rec room and the garage. There is plenty of driveway and street parking for tenants. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are looking for roommates that pay their rent on time, are clean, and respectful of the other tenants and do not do drugs. No smoking allowed inside the house. No cats allowed. Ideally a 12 month lease.
