Chris's room

The room is a newly refinished, 9x12 room on the first floor with a closet and ceiling fan. I have a spare futon if you need a bed and it wouldn’t be any trouble to pick you up some other furni with my truck at the nearby thrift shops or off of Buy Nothing if needed. The room is adjacent to the shared bathroom and down the hall from the kitchen. Shared living room with streaming services. Basement storage is available. Nice, big .25 acre yard. Offstreet parking. The house has a security system. Nearby high school with track and close to a YMCA. Three blocks from shopping centers and two blocks from 99 for public transportation. About a mile from I-5. Forgive the mess in the pictures. I’m in the middle of regrouping after finishing the room. The house is usually much, much tidier.

I am the only other person living here for the time being and my partner stays over on weekends. I am preparing the upstairs bedroom and bathroom to take on another tenant. Some of my hobbies are playing music and doing yoga, watching movies, juicing, cooking, grilling and building things. I started doing cold plunges recently and there’s a stock tank in the yard for that if you’re so inclined. I am a sober person and I don’t need for you to be but this is not a party/flop house. I have a lot of fun here, for sure, but I need a mature roommate who has their life together and can contribute rather than be a burden.
