Diane's room

Back up for rental as of 06/26/2021: Potential roomie, We are currently renting out a room in a home in Tahoe Park. The rent is $575 + share of bills. The room we are renting is a downstairs room close to the full bathroom.

There is available space in the hall closet, kitchen shelves and cupboards and a shelf in the garage for storage. Other rooms are spread out nicely so we all can enjoy our privacy as needed. We are located about 1.5 miles from CSUS, and a 5 minute drive to UC Davis Medical Center. The home is close to freeway access, public transportation, restaurants and stores.

The other three roomies include one male and one female/male couple. We are all professionals: Delivery specialist and landscape artist, local artist currently working in metalwork off-site, and a Social Worker. We do have 2 large chocolate labs who recently turned 13. You MUST love dogs, they are too old to have to live with someone that is not comfortable around dogs. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional animals (no cats or dogs) at this time. During this time at home we have been enjoying listening to and playing music, gardening/cooking, walking the dogs to Tahoe Park (1/2 mile away), yoga, exercising in the garage where the gym is set up, and jumping on our 15’ trampoline.

*It is important to our household that interested roomies continue, as we transition out of COVID lockdowns, to be responsible for their health, our health, and the health of our loved ones. There is no smoking permitted in our home.
