Private beach-side bedroom for rent in Huntington Beach. Located between Pacific City, Main Street, and the beach all within a minute or two (walking).

We have a private backyard with a lemon tree and orange tree. There is a shared deck upstairs with full views of the ocean. A garage space is included which we use for storage and a home gym. Not all units have it - so we got lucky. This affords us (2) dedicated parking spots. Room comes with an HB parking sticker which allows you to park in any metered spot for free. Also included are (2) shared guest parking passes which also allow guests to park in metered spots for free. Washer & dryer on site.

We split utilities - water is covered by landlord. Landlord is very easy-going and responsive.

Room is available 5/1.

In light of everything going on, we can do a facetime tour. You are welcome to come by and check it out as long you take necessary safety/hygiene measures.

I’m an easy going guy. 28 years old. Tolerable sense of humor (I think I’m funny). I work as a project manager in construction and can work long hours sometimes.

I’m not picky. You can be male or female. All I ask is that you have basic social skills, respect the space, and maintain a certain level of cleanliness. I have two cats and clean up after them regularly - the litter box and hangout spot are near/in my room and will be out of your way. They have a dedicated eating spot in the corner of the kitchen near the backyard. One is extremely social and slightly obese. The other one might be on the spectrum so she is a little skittish.
