Looking for someone to take over my room in a cool Jersey City Apartment! The apartment is perfectly situated above the awesome Modcup coffee and Riverview Park with great views of Manhatten.

The Room: The room is a large bedroom with a high ceiling so seems even more spacious! There is a large closet so space is never an issue. The room itself comes as unfurnished.

The Apartment: The apartment is spacious, and quiet for a 3 bedroom shared house. There is a large living room with views of New York and a projector for movie nights. There is also a large dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The shared spaces come as furnished. Trash, hot water and heating are included in the rent but electricity and internet are separate (roughly $50/month). There is a washer/dryer/dishwasher in the unit!

The location: The 87 runs from outside the house to journal square or hoboken. The 123 (also directly outside) takes 20 mins to get into New York. You have a variety of awesome food places and bars nearby such as Bread & Salt and Dark Side of the Moo. There are three supermarkets in walking distance as well! Being on the park, there is ample street parking available.

There will be two roomates (one nurse and one non profit admin) staying on in the apartment both in their early 30s. Both are very freindly and are on different schedules so there is never a clash in the mornings! Also an important roommate is Allen, the super cat! The room is available for anyone who wants a clean and respectful home.
