1 room available in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment for 5/1 move in. Looking for female roommate 20+

The room available can comfortably fit a queen or king bed - my original roommate had a king bed, two dressers, and a desk station to work from home in the room. Room has private door to the deck access.

The living room is open to the kitchen, entry hallway, and shared bathroom. We have a full size private deck, central air, washer/dryer in unit, security cameras/code to building, and storage unit in the garage.

Rent is $1450, electric varies between ~$40-$60 depending on the time of year. Cable/Internet TBD (in the process of switching). I have tons more photos of both the room and apartment so please DM and I can send you more!

I am 27 years old, teaching fourth grade in Jersey City. I was born and raised in VA, and have lived in Hoboken for 3 years now! I have a Chihuahua-Pomeranian named Pancakes who does nothing but sleep. I like to balance my time between staying in, working out, and going out with my friends!
