About the room
Hello!! I am looking to fill a room in my current 3 bedroom apartment! Two current roommates, myself and my roommate, are leaving and we want to help my current third roommate secure a room! We currently live at the Emerson apartments. They are conviently located close to Old Town Clovis, the Sierra Vista Mall, and the Old Town Clovis walking trail! The complex is new as of February ‘20 and we have been the only tenants! Rent would most likely be around 600! I say “around” because the complex will likely increase it but I do not imagine it being above 600 as right now it’s 540. The complex has a fitness center, pool, and is a gated community! Garages are available for purchase and the unit does get a covered parking spot. The complex has been nothing but great so far and I have felt extremely safe at all times!
About the roomies
Your roommate would be a female who is 21 and is beyond amazing. She is currently a full time college student while working as a CNA. She is extremely respectful and is excited to stay on the lease :)
We are looking for someone who is under 30 probably :)
