3 bedroom apartment in Silverado Apts in Murrieta. I have one room available, can be furnished or unfurnished. Two pools, a gym, and a dog park are on property. It’s a very pet friendly community. This is a very safe and quiet place to live. Just a short walk their is plenty of street parking. A very large bathroom will be shared by two roommates which is why I am looking for another female. I want to make sure that everyone is comfortable. Decent closet space with storage. Easy access to both the 15 and 215 freeways.

I’m a very quiet male that works in law enforcement. I currently work the midnight shift so I’m gone from 10pm to 6am most days. I am very clean and organized and would like someone who is the same. I’m very laid back and can get along with anyone. When I’m home I mostly chill with my dog Remy (17 lbs), watch movies, and sleep. I also have a 15 yr old daughter that visits during the day every other weekend. The other roommate is a responsible 19 yr old female. She is also very laid back and can get along with anyone.
