This is a SUPER cute studio with all of the essentials. It is perfect for a short or long term stay in Phoenix. This is a central location that just a 10min drive to the airport, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Central Phoenix. Nearby are authentic street tacos, an amazing waffle house, and grocery stores if preferred.

The space There’s something about living minimistically that’s inspiring. Every thing has its purpose and nothing added without careful thought.

Even the location is purposeful. It’s close to all the major Phoenix hospitals for nurses, close to the airport for travelers and flight attendants, close to Scottsdale but affordable, and close to Tempe for students and parents.

Kitchenette: There is NOT a full kitchen. There is a microwave, toaster, and an electric skillet to do simple cooking but no oven or stove top.

Television: There is a computer hooked up that has a Netflix account attached but no cable.

Studio Access: There are stairs that go up to the studio and is separate from the main house. The main house does have aggressive dogs on the other side of the gate that will bark upon arrival.

What’s not included: Laundry facility - laundry at 2 blocks away $50/mo for utilities, internet, and netflix

No roomies! Private studio above garage. Main house is my mom and her two dogs. You most likely won’t have much interaction besides the coming and going.
